Before using:

1. Before the first time using the tools, you can put it in boiling water for 30 minutes, and then soak it for several hours. Repeat this process for 3 times to lowen the activity of heavy metal to a safe level.

2. You can cover it with thin plant oil and then put it on fire to dry it. So that the tools can be cleaned easily and can have a longer life.

 

While using:

1. Try to avoid it from hit by sharp things, otherwise its appearance and sealing ability will be influenced.

2. The thermal conductivity of stainless steel material is very low, so while using stainless steel pot, it is better to choose low heat. It ensures the bottom can be heat evenly.

3. Do not use stainless steel material as a long-time container for salt, soy sause, vinegar or soup. Otherwise, it may react with them.

 

After using:

1. Clean it with warm water immediately after using to avoid it from reacting with the remainness of sause. Pay attention not to use sharp tools or cleaning agent with abrasive to clean it. Make sure to keep it dry while not using.

2. If it is getting dark, you can use a soft cloth to scrap it lightly.

3. If it lightly rusts, you can soak it for a period of time and then grind the rusted area with frosted paper.
