In the projects of hotel kitchen, it is really important to arrange all the equipments in the kitchen. Because It can affect the working efficiency directly. For example, If the equipments are arranged out of order, the chief will be influenced by the distance he needs to walk. In the following, we would like to share what we think about how to arrange equipments well in hotel kitchen.
Firstly, The kitchen must be big enough to meet the demand from the hotel guests. Also, the kitchen should be close to the changing room for staff and kitchen manager room, so that it is convenient for managing.
Secondly, among different area in the kitchen, there should be a path for people to wilk through. And for these are with different function, it should be arranged in an order that suit for practicing.
Thirdly, the kitchen must be far away from places where have dust, smoke, gabbage, dirty water, and other bad smell. For example, the place where the food will be made should be far away from a toilet.
Lastly, the ventilation system is really important for a kitrchen. While designing, we should consider the environment and the wind outside.
What we want to talk more about is the walking path in kitchen. It is the highlight design in a kitchen. While designing, we should take in consideration the three points below:
1. Design according to the actual situation.
2. Pay more attention to the efficiency.
3. Make sure it will be unblocked.
